Cole Johnstone is the founder of Johnstone Entertainment and serves as the President. With over 14 years of artist management experience, Johnstone has established himself as a rising executive and entrepreneur in the Nashville and greater music community. With a deep-seated passion for music and a keen understanding of the industry, Johnstone has been instrumental in guiding the careers of numerous artists to new heights.
Prior to founding his company, Johnstone was an integral part of Morris Higham Management and handled day-to-day management duties for the Big & Rich, Randy Owen, John Rich and The Farm.

Johnstone Entertainment is based out of Nashville, Tennessee, and was founded by Cole Johnstone in 2016 when he began managing the Grammy, ACM and CMA award-winning band, Shenandoah. The company has since grown to represent a diverse range of artists across generations. From legacy acts to rising talent, Johnstone Entertainment’s core mission is to develop, enhance, and preserve each artist’s career through high-touch, long-term strategy.
The company provides hands-on support across artist management, artist development, touring, booking, label services, event coordination, and brand strategy.
